I purchased this machine about 3 months gone and am actually OK with it. It works perfectly. The one touch cappuccini are excellent. It's used by us each day. Coffee is wonderful. I've been using beans ordered online from Supreme Bean in L.A. And Atomic Cafeteria in VT and it blows away any other coffee I have made at home and 99% of coffee I have had out. Almost each setting can be changed to your private taste, so you can set it up just the way you like.
